Meet the Team

Owner
Carolyn Willis, MD
A Queens, New York native, she earned her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed her dermatology residency in New York Medical College. After over a decade of experience in general and cosmetic dermatology on Long Island, NY, she pursued advanced cosmetic surgery training at UPMC in Pittsburgh, where she still practices part-time. She remains actively involved in mentoring dermatology residents at UPMC. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family, vintage and antique treasure hunting, craft beer and outdoor activities - all while practicing excellent sun safety.
Office Manager
Richard Gubitosi
A Brooklyn, New York native and a retired NYPD Executive with over 20 years of distinguished service, he brings exceptional leadership, organization, and professionalism to the practice’s daily operations. After moving to Gibsonia in 2016 with his wife, Dr. Carolyn Willis, to raise their two sons, Rich has become known for his approachable demeanor and attention to detail, working closely with the clinical team to maintain a comfortable, efficient, and personalized environment. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, relaxing at the beach, and antiquing.
Medical Assistant
Ryan Gubitosi
A native of Queens, NY, and Dr. Willis' son, Ryan earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in the Spring of 2025. He has previously been certified as an EMT and is helping out while he pursues his master's degree in Chemical Engineering at Pitt. In his free time, Ryan likes to try new restaurants and relax with his fiancée, Zoe, and their rabbit Moose.
Registered Nurse
Zoe Powers, BSN, RN
A native of Hershey, PA, and engaged to Dr. Willis' son, Zoe earned her B.S. in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh in the spring of 2025. She works as a Registered Nurse at UPMC on their Critical Care Pathway. She previously worked at UPMC Magee's Birth Center as a Specialized PCT while in college to gain medical experience before becoming a nurse. In her spare time, Zoe likes to paint, craft, travel, and relax with her fiancé, Ryan, and their rabbit, Moose.
